Turkish food is delicious. Meals include fresh, organic vegetables or salads, soups, fruit, meats, fish, breads and sweets. Seasonal ingredients are used to create a variety of healthy traditional dishes. Alfresco barbeques are very popular and suit the Turkish love of feasting outdoors.
Learn this unique cuisine from an accomplished local cook, with all lessons translated in English in a friendly, homely and creative atmosphere.
Courses run all year round for individuals and small groups. We will confirm your reservation as soon as you inform us the dates you wish to arrive at our center .
Our village is on the Aegean Coast of Turkey, that feels a world away from the tourist trail. Cultural center is set on a hilltop overlooking the village and the mountains' pine forests. It is a traditional Turkish village home built from local stone and timbers with wide decks and a tiled terrace (with barbecue and outdoor pizza oven), which all make wonderful locations to enjoy your meals. We are only 10 minutes' drive to the beach and 40 minutes from Bodrum.

Bodrum/Milas International Airport is a 30-minute drive from our village.
Turkish Airlines and others fly all year around to Bodrum via Istanbul.
There are charter flights between May and October from Europe and the UK.
