For reservations    

  • Our one-day cooking class is flexible, fun, informal and hands-on. The class is designed around a typical Turkish meal with fresh local, seasonal ingredients. Included is menu planning, shopping for ingredients, preparation, cooking and, of course, eating and critiquing the dishes you create. You will also go home with our recipe booklet including many of the recipes you make in the class plus many more that you can try on your own.

  • The class is taught in English at a traditional village just 30 minutes above the historic city of Bodrum.

 

  • Your day starts with hotel pick-up at 9am

  • We will visit various markets to collect all the necessary ingredients for your menu selection. After having a local cup of turkish tea or coffee it's back to the village where you will help with the preparation and cooking of the meal and then sit down to enjoy and critique your menu accompanied by a glass of wine.

  • We will return to your hotel in the afternoon at around 5pm.

If there is something specific you want to learn, please let us know before your class day. We can cater to any dietary needs including vegetarian and gluten-free. Our classes are for a minimum of two people. We can run private classes for groups of 4-6 people, just let us know when you book. If there are less than four in your group or you don't request a private class, we may combine you with other guests.
